NOVEMBER 2ND 20012. I HAD MORE THAN 1 BILLION FAKE CHIPS IN MY POKER ACCOUNT, SO MUCH TIME SPENT PLAYING HONESTLY TO REACH THE BILLION MARK. IN THE AFTERNOON OF 2ND NOV. I FELL ASLEEP FOR 2HOURS, ONLY TO BE WOKEN UP BY A FRIEND ACROSS THE GLOBE TO INFORMED ME THAT ALL MY FAKE CHIPS WAS GONE. FUNNY ENOUGH, I MANAGED TO WAKE UP AND LOG BACK IN TO FACE BOOK AND TO POKER, MY FRIEND WAS NOT LYING. IT WAS GONE! THEY LEFT ME 1 MILLION OUT OF MORE THAN 1 BILLION THAT WAS THERE WHEN I LOGGED OUT. I ALSO NOTICED THAT 2 OF MY GOOD BUDDIES WHO HAD OVER A BILLION WAS NOW DOWN TO A MILLION TOO, SO I THOUGHT IT WAS PROBABLY A MISTAKE. I EMAILED ZYNGA, TOOK THEM MORE THAN 4 HOURS TO REPLY, ONLY TO SAY THIS:

This is Alejandro assisting you today. I understand that you are experiencing problems with your Chips.I was doing a very deep investigation of your account and unfortunately I was unable to verify that the reported loss was the result of a compromise or hack on your account. As a result, I cannot credit any lost chips back to your account.

SO, I REPLIED AGAIN AND ASKED IF ITS POSSIBLE FOR THE MATTER TO BE THOROUGHLY LOOKED AT AGAIN, STILL THEY KEEP SAYING THE SAME THING, A RESULT OF A HACKED. BUT CANNOT PROVIDE ME WHERE MY CHIPS HAD BEEN HACKED FROM AND THAT THERE WAS NO WARNING ON MY ACCOUNT BEING ACCESSED FROM ANYWHERE ELSE APART FROM MY LAPTOP AND MY LOCATION. 3 DAYS HAD PASSED, THOUGH I KEPT EMAILING THEM AS I WOULD NOT GIVE UP FINDING ANSWERS, WHERE AND HOW MY FAKE CHIPS HAD DISAPPEARED TO. THEY EMAILED ME BACK SAYING THE CASE WAS CLOSED AND CANNOT BE DEALT WITH ANYMORE. 2 OF MY BUDDIES THAT GOT RESET TO 1 MILLION HAD GOTTEN HIS CHIPS BACK, FULLY REFUNDABLE, BUT MINE WAS ZILT...I GAVE UP AS I WAS NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH EMAILING THEM. I THEN BOUGHT 500 MILLION WORTH OF FAKE CHIPS FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE COST. I CONTINUED TO PLAYED TIL I HIT THE 1 BILLION MARK AGAIN...

ON THE 21ST NOVEMBER, I PLAYED AS USUAL, MANAGED TO GET MY CHIPS TO 1.12 BILLION...THEN I STOPPED. I WENT OUT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS IN THE EVENING. I CAME BACK AT 11PM (GMT) AND GOT A LOT OF MESSAGE ON MY INBOX ASKING WHERE MY CHIPS HAD GONE...AGAIN? ONLY THIS TIME, THEY LEFT MY ACCOUNT WITH 100 THOUSAND. I STILL COULD NOT BELIEVED IT WHEN I LOGGED BACK IN TO POKER PAGE AND SAW FOR MY SELF. MY FRIENDS WERE'NT LYING. IT WENT POOF AGAIN!...A FRIEND THAT PLAYED ALL THROUGH THE TIME I WAS NOT ON DID'NT SEE ME ONLINE AT ALL. SO IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO LOSE THAT MUCH AMOUNT IN A MATTER OF HOURS. HOW EVER, SAME THING HAPPENED TO A BUDDY AGAIN, THE SAME DAY AND THE SAME AFTERNOON, WHILE SHE IS AT A TABLE PLAYING, HER 900 MILLION CHIPS DISAPPEARED UNDER HER NOSE. IS THIS COINCIDENCE OR IS THERE SOMETHING FISHY GOING ON? IT IS UNBEARABLE FOR ME, BECAUSE IT HAS'NT BEEN A MONTH SINCE THAT AMOUNT OF CHIPS HAD GONE FROM MY ACCOUNT. I THEN EMAILED ZYNGA, WAITED ALL NIGHT FOR THEIR REPLY ONLY TO RECEIVED THIS ON MY INBOX:

If you have recently received a message that you are already connected to a server or any other unexpected experiences signing in, please clear your cache and change your passwords now.

Please be sure to collect your winnings before leaving the table, and always click the Go to Lobby button when leaving a table. Also, remember to always log out of your social network account. We strongly recommend that you change your password now and regularly change it every few months.

I ASKED AGAIN FOR IT TO BE INVESTIGATED AND GOT ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH THE CHIPS LOSS AND THE DECISION IS FINAL. THE CASE IS CLOSED AND I SHOULD NOT EMAIL AGAIN.

IS THERE ANY ONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP SOMEONE LIKE ME? WHO IS REALLY UNLUCKY TO BE A VICTIM OF AN ONGOING SCAM? PLEASE HELP...
