I agree with the other posts. This company is a Scam. Do not use! They misrepresent themselves as Norton or McAfee and procede to completely bog down your computer. They have a 30 day money back policy but it usually takes these "technicians" at least 30 days to figure out how to turn on a PC. Don't wast your time and money like I did - take your PC to a local shop.
