False statements, misrepresentation,lies,pressure in to buying.The scam occured in Kissimmee,fla.at Westgate. Ialready had paid cash for a 2-bed room back in April 2007, scamed and false statements make into so call upgrading into a 4bdroom. After realizing that I didn't need a 4 bdroom, I got back home to Georgia ,tried to cancel that contract(within 72 hours) go gack to my 2bdroom that was fully paid for and was told I could no. Westgate has taken all my money,the 2bdroom that was paid for,and I have nothing, no money, no timeshare for my kids,and grand kids. I want my 2bdroom back that was paid for in Bldg 6000,and the $6,000,or $7,000 I've paid toward the 4 returned, because of misrepresentation,lies, and pressure that was exerted. Dollar amout is about $27,000, I might be a little.
