I too ordered a "free" sample from Lifestyle Advance Ltd., I paid the shipping costs for the bottle on 11/5 then on 11/19 received an e mail stating my order was being processed for the above amount. I called them and tried to stop this charge but they will only run a credit when they get the bottle back. I will be denying this charge with my CC company one charge is booked. This company needs to be stopped they are definitely deceiving people THIS IS NOT A FREE SAMPLE IT IS A BIG SCAM. Sue
