Checked Bank statement and a $14.95 charge posted by LendersFast w/ no additional details such as a telephone# to contact. I called my bank & was advised there's no contact info on file & companies are supposed to list it. Finally, I came across this site where others experienced the same issue and obtained a phone number. I called 855-763-5246. spoke to a customer service rep who says they no longer do business with that company and I should have called when the charge first posted. I explained there were no contact details to do so. She says well I can't guarantee a refund because we no longer do business with lendersFast, but, I'll place a refund request. There should be tighter laws against companies who take money from consumers with the hopes they don't realize to capitalize on huge profits.
