When Alltel sold out to Verizon a letter was sent telling us Alltel users about the sale. The letter stated that there would be NO changes to the Alltel users and was basically a nice "Welcome to Verizon Letter"...So after the change(I'm not sure on the date,so I guessed April Fools Day)it was not all Alltel users included in the sale...end result was I PAID $800.00 FOR CALLS TO MY FRIEND THAT WAS ON MY FREE MOBILE TO MOBILE PLAN! Not even a penny refunded! Took a while to figure out because our bill is not detailed like their computers,all we knew was I was using all those min. And we have 3 phones on our plan so we all thought it was the other one using all the time...WHAT A MESS! A MESS THAT COST ME $800.00!!!When I realized that I would no longer be able to purchase more like my phone, I went on eBay and bought FIVE more phones so I would have back ups. The reason I did this is because I have the "tethering kit" and this is how I get my internet, I plug my phone into my computer where I have installed the kit. So NOW we get a letter stating that on 01/01/2013 ALL ALLTEL PHONES WILL NO LONGER GET INTERNET & NO MORE PICS EITHER! So I'm going to be out the $$$ spent on the tethering kit AND all those phones I bought too! And they also have been messing with my internet connection for a year now, they constantly turn it on & off! And they have also blocked us from using the "Manage My Device" on the internet! This company should be ashamed of themselves! They are ruthless,heartless,greedy and dishonest! I SWEAR TO GOD THIS IS TRUE!!!
