never received trial offer after being charged $4.95 for shipping & handling. Unauthorized charge of $89.95. When I called the company they offered to refund 30% of my money. I said no, I want the full $94.90. I told the representative that I had not received the trial offer, and she told me that I have 14 days to try the product (trial size) and then I was automatically enrolled in the program. How could I have any opinion, if I never received the product? This seems to be the ongoing theme.
That very same day, when I arrived home there was a package from them with delivery confirmation. I did not open, I have taken it to the post office to return with delivery confirmation.

- I never received a package PERIOD & still haven't to date. When told the package should be received that week I told the rep I would refuse it. He said if I did that, I would never get credit. I had to accept this (I know now) fantom package, CALL THEM for return number, and THEN mail it back to them with the return number CLEARLY MARKED on the package. The sad part is Visa doesn't normally go after companies for under $100 - mine is $84.90. As they told me "and these scammers KNOW THAT".
