received call from person James Taylor stating he was from Publisher Clearing house and I won 2nd prize of 1 milliondolars(875,000 after taxes) plus 50,000 dollars and a red 20011 red Mercedes Benz car. I needed to go to a Wall-mart, cvs pharmacy or etc. and buy a Green Dot Money Pak scratch card I D # o697081 for $500 to pay for the shipping and handling of the car. When I get back home I was to call 876-842-8753. I believe this to be a scam cause I do not believe you have to pay any money to receive any prizes from PCHexcept taxes due. this was reported to Police Dept. and they said it was a scam also(after I called them back they would then deliver the prizes.
