Complaint 177931 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I was on line , when an offered came up for me to take a short survey. a free watch was offered if I paid for shipping. I paid for the shipping.While checking my credit card account, I noticed a change of $98.00 on my account. I called this number to contact TB Mark Max co (1 855 2135986 ). I was advised by them that I should have cancelled my order for the 'free watch'."that there was a change for the watch if I didn,t cancel it in 14 days. I told the lady that i had not recived the watch and i wanted to cancel it, she said that i could not cancel it because it was on its way and there was a no returned policy. I a told the lady answering the call there was never a mention of a cost of the watch after the survey. She advised me to contact billing at (billing@markmax.co ).I asked for a number to call them and she said that they did not have a phone and i could only email them at the address she gave me.When trying to contact this web site,I was directed to srambook.com. I thought there were laws against scams involving stealing money on the internet , these people should be proscecuted.
