This company is a SCAM. They misrepresented themselves as Norton Antivirus. They charged me $150 to "fix" my problem. "Do not worry sir, we will fix your problem!" After a month of their so called experts working on the problem and no solution, I bought a new PC and called to get a refund. Four months later, I was told there was no refund. Their tech group and customer service team is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and take your concerns to the Geek Squad.
