I purchased a computer from p.c.h.s on April 1 2012 through mail and was guaranteed that this computer was 100% functional . This Dell computer I received in the mail had broken on July 30th 2012 reading on screen that the fan is faulty and the computer wouldn't work at all. I have tried mailing two letters to publishing clearing house about this and I haven't heard not a letter nor a phone call from them. As well as purchasing a futon I ordered shortly after I received the computer when the Futon was delivered I wooden side were in pieces as well I sent a complaint letter and still ignored Third Item I ordered before the futon was delivered and after having a broken computer and Futon I was absolutly angry so I wrote in the same letter as the computer, Futon for them to cancel my order of the massage chair and they still haven't sent me the first payment I sent to them. I'm done being ignored after two written letters to no avail .Also as of now I don't and didn't have long distance to call publishers clearing house sweepstakes. Please I need help.As for being on a fixed income I
m out $600.00. No computer and no Futon also no return of the monies I've sent for a down payment on the massaging chair still I'm ignored .
