I talked to them on the phone and the internet. I was assured that
they were very reputable and if I didn't like the product to call or
email them in 14 days and they would not send any further ship-
ments. I called them Sept 1, 2011 after using it 4 days and told them not to send me any more it gave me bumps all over my face
and made my skin peel. They said I had to send the product back.
I said it was supposed to be a sample, and all I had to pay for was
the $3.95 shipping, which I did and I threw the cream in the trash.
They said I had to pay $79.95 for the product and I said I wasn't
paying for it and couldn't send it back either. Then they told me I
only had to pay 39.95 for half of it and I told them it was told to
me that it was a sample and I was NOT PAYING anything. I had put
mine on a debit card, but because they took so long to send it, I
canceled my debit card, so they can't get any more from me. I just
had a bad feeling when I called to see where it was, because they
had already charged the shipping to my account. I was told it was
back-ordered, and that was all I had to hear, so I canceled my card.
