I started seeing charges on my bank account in May 2012. I called a number that I found online for the company, and asked them why they where charging me. The woman I spoke to said it was for a discount card I requested. I told her that I didn't request a card, and I didn't get a card, and to please stop charging me and return my money (the call happened in June 2012). They are still charging me $19.85 every month, and in the month of Sept. 2012, they charged me twice! I don't know what the deal is or how they got my information, but I think I need to see a lawyer to get this taken care of.

  • Please note: I have documentation of my claim, but I have to get it in an acceptable form to download (I have it in excel, this site only does pics). I also have hard copies of my proof (my bank statements). I just wanted that on the record while I try to get appropriate pics of my documentation.
