I was looking for a cash advance on line not for a withdraw from my account. Now my account is minus 149.95 plus overdraft fee of 36.00 and my bank sats they cannot do anything about it. I am a single mother trying to get by. That alone is hard enough. I should have known better.

Call this number tell them you didn't want this and you think you deserve a refund. Have your banks telephone number, they did a conference call to my bank with me on the line and I was refunded my money. It was deposited the next day. All though there is a 35.00 application fee that is non- refundable I still got the majority of my money back.If you have an overdraft that will be between your bank and you how to handle that.Have day and time of transaction and check number as well.
