I couldnt believe that 20 mins after ordering NONO they said they couldnt find me in their database to cancel my transaction... $270.00. ...I called 8 times and spoke with 8 different people who all told me the same bullcrap...THEY DONT HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY AND AFTER 24 HOURS THERES NOTHING U CAN DO!! 20 mins and I cant change my mind on it?? What a scam, I have never been so angry. So they charged my card, I went to the bank and closed my card but transaction went through so Im waiting to see if they refund my purchase after I return the package once it arrives.

- This is usually because it takes 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed and show up in their system to be refunded and/or cancelled. It is that way with most if not all ordering systems and even your financial institute. Simply wait a day and call again this will usually keep them from charging your account.
