We went onto the unlockshack.com website submitted the correct imei number which should've told the company immediately what type of phone it was, and the correct model number. Subsequently they sent us an unlock code for a Blackberry instead of a Samsung. I have requested a refund, they haven't responded at all to any of our complaints or requests, no communication whatsoever. This company should be shut down and investigated for their shady and poor business practices. Many of us would like to see this company out of business immediately and their site shut down.
