My husband died 3 month ago from Cancer. I needed money for a few main household bills. I did not have the money, because I had to come up with money for my husband funeral on my own. He had no insurances. As a result some of my bills got behind. So I applied for a small loan with a few lenders and somehow Williams Online Credit found out and they emailed me and said I was approved for a $400 loan. All I had to do was to finished the paper work. After giving my bank information. And when I was just about finishing my paper work. A another message came saying they was going to charged me $19 application fee. I tried to called them, but no person, only voice message from machine. It said that the $19 was none refundable and that if return, there will be another $25 if money not in bank. I did not agree to paying anything. The company do not let you know about fee until after you have given bank information and close to finished paperwork then, they hit you with the surprise fee afterward. There is no way I have money just to give away like that. If I had money in the bank, I would not have applied for loans. I have 3 kids to take care and the youngest is 7 years old. Not to mention that if they take this money out of my account it will be overdraft, which will cost more money. I email them twice and let them know how scamming money out of people is wrong. However, they still is emailing me, even today saying they are going to get money out of my account. This none refundable fee do not necessary means you get the loan. From what I see they are just making money off of innocent people for nothing. Something need to be done about this.

  • They have not got money out yet, but today 10-27-12 Williams Online Credit email me say they are going to take $19 out of my bank account and their is no money in my account. Not to mention that I am under doctor care, stress bring on my sickness. I was feeling better until this happen with Williams Online Credit did to me. If they take the money out of my account, I would like a refund. I got direct deposit and it too late to change account.
