we provided credit card auto pay they are billing as they like 392 and also some called me from dish network with promotion to pay 200 for next 6 months in advance and get i year of free sevice,when i called today they are saying it was fraud .But the person was able to tell all my details on the account and then i proceeded further with the promotion,Now dish says we cannot do anything i need to pay the amount for the service which was given as promotion.How and who will help this issue
