09/22 - $14.90, 09/24 - $4.47. 09/26 - $34.99, 09/26 - $29.99, for a total of $84.35. these charges to my VISA account were unauthorized and i have no idea which of the several unsolisited satelite sites they (ACLUDA) were representing. what i do know is that the VISA fraud department is now involved. as i understand it, this is considered wire fraud which is a felony. givin i'm not the only victim, i'm sure they will pursue this vigorisly. i will gladly settle for my refund in full (and any charges i'm not aware of at this time) along with an additional $1,000.00 for damages
