Telephone scam offering to buy shares at an inflated market price for a hostile takeover but you have to pay for an insurance bond to ensure no one backs out of the deal. Email or fax sent with an NDA to be returned. This would then follow up with an offer letter and a requirement to pay an insurance bond. Never returned the NDA so I am not sure how much the bond would cost but have no doubt this is a scam as the whole approach is illegal.
