I got roped into getting free sample and paid $4.95 postage, tried to cancel but couldnt, now they have debited my card again!!! They dont answer Australian or NZ 1800 numbers but I did try the USA and was given a website to visit to cancel by acct. Which seemed to work as I got an email confirmation response. TRY easyhelpcentre.com and all you have to do it enter your email address and zip code.
I cancelled my credit card just incase.
LESSON FOR ME - ALWAYS USE SECURE PAYMENT (PAYPAL ETC) Good Luck.
