I too sent an entire DVD collection c/o Jeffrey Winkler and have now realized it's a scam. I alerted the USPS this morning. The quote I received was for 114.41. I filed paperwork to have my package intercepted before it reaches Winkler, and was told there's only a 20 percent chance of retrieving it, because "there are so many scams out there."
