This is a scam to get the initial $97. Having paid the %97, the phone number led me to a woman in St George, Utah who stated that she works for a business development firm...and the services to help me develop my online business could cost as much as $20,000 or more. Whew! Whatta scam! There is no link or phone number to get my $97 back, though there is a "60 day money-back guarantee". Yeah, right!
