I ordered a replacement laptop battery, paid online, received the battery, but it was the wrong battery. There was no information to let you know what to do in case of a problem. I checked the site for a phone number, I called several times at different times of the day and evening, no answer, no voicemail. I sent the battery back to them and circled the correct battery needed to date October 15 I have yet to receive a reply or the money. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, and since the original purchase I have noticed other complaints against this company; let's shut them down!
