I had ordered the samples. They arrived 2 weeks later asking for £20.00 which I didn't pay. A week later £109.00 came out of my bank account. I am really worried that they take more money out. I have tried emailing and ringing and there is no one answering the phone it is just an answering machine saying they are closed but will re-open the next day. When you ring the next day it says the same thing.

- I have the same complaint about this company.The samples arrived and i was ok about it ,i only paid postage. 3weeks later £63 was taken from my account for the serum. i contacted my bank and they put a block on my acc so that i would not be charged any more money,2weeks later i £65 was taken for the cream and i called the bank again another blok was put in place, 1week later i got a card from the post office telling me i would have to pay £20 pounds for customs. I am so glad i have found this site. Ialso have e.mailed and phoned this company,, no answer.

- I HAVE BEEN CHARGED ANOTHER £64 YESTERDAY EVEN THOUGH MY BANK IS MONITORING MY ACCOUNT I WILL CONTACT THE BANK TOMORROW AS THEY SAID I WOULD GET A CASH REFUND IF ANYMORE TRANSACTIONS AFTER I HAD CONTACTED THEM. I AM AT MY WITS END NOW WHAT CAN BE DONE? THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE HELP ME.
