Something that needs to be done and probably management at newegg.com and billmelater.com do not understand.
This is what I did on 9/03/12
Thank you for shopping at Newegg.com.

This is the invoice and receipt for your recent order. Please keep a copy for your records.

Invoice Summary:
Your Sales Order Number: 183855278
Your PO Number: Panasonic TV
Order Date: 09/03/2012

Placed an order for a TV that showed up in my house on an opened / damaged box with all the packing material loose inside the box. The carrier was honest enough to let me know that they had opened and plug my "NEW" tv to make sure that it did work. He also offer to get the TV out the box so we can plug it before he left so I could see that it was working.
Just like any one reading this email would do, I rejected the TV and explained to the carrier that there was no way that I was going to receive a TV under those conditions.
The TV was supposedly sent back to newegg.com. Right after I rejected the tv, I called newegg to explained what had happened and just like so, I received the following response: "Sir, you rejected the receiving of the TV so we are just going to wait for the TV to arrive so we can issue a refund". There was not sorry, apologies, we will try to correct the issue and send you a new one, or any other explanation besides we will refund the money.

From then on, I being calling newegg and bilmelater to find out what was going to happen with the refund. I finally got my bilmelater account statement where it states that I owed $2,039.99 to billmelater. Once I received the statement, I started to call newegg and billmelater twice a week to only hear that I would have to wait until the issue, if ever gets resolve.
Last night I sent an email to newegg customer service stating that I was going to be reporting newegg and NOW bilmelater as being a scam, I never received a response. Today I called newegg and someone in customer service basically informed me that today 10/12, they had finally issue a return to billmelater, this after having sent an email on 9/20 stating that the return was authorized being that they had receive the tv. Called bilmelater again just to find out if billmelater could do something to prevent this from happening in the future and some Indian, Philippine, Pakistani,, to tell you the true, I do not know what asked me several times why was I reporting an issue when newegg had resolve it.
After asking the perfect spoken English with an accent customer service rep if billmelater does anything when cases like this scam happens so they can take actions to correct the problems and receiving the same response "SIR, DID YOU GET YOUR MONEY OR NOT?", I just asked the person in the line to close my account and that I rather use something secure next time, maybe AMAZON.COM or anyone interested on being the next ebay/billmelater/paypal which by the way, I always us and will think about the next time I need a service done in the web.

Thanks
