I've been trying to return a product to this company. Its a coin. I was told by a rep. there that they would send a label that would include pay extra.the postage so that I wouldn't have to pay extra.
I never received a label Instead they sent my account to collections and reported negatively on my credit. This of 06/21/12.
I think they just want me to pay.
