Went to a presentation where Chuck Beers told of vacations for alot less moey and greater values. Have tried to get a personalized vacatin since joining and they have not as yet given any information or options. We were promised a free vacation if attended presentation, had to ask for this and then it would cost $2000.00 plus to cash in on the free vacation.Was told we would get book on places to visit, have not seen yet. Have tried to comtact anyone from 9/25/12 until today 10/12/12 with no success. Called the Ivs number given on website and recording says number is not set up to take messages
