I actually found this SMS on my modem's SIM card. It reads:
YOU WON $2M AUD; ON SHELL UK PETROLEUM DRAW. REF NO.: CD80. CALL JOHN MOORE. +447924436408 OR EMAIL: [email protected]
I've seen other people reporting this same message. It is obviously a bait to lure anyone unsuspecting and naive enough into a scam of some sort. BEWARE.
