A charge of $5.95 appeared on my checking account as a debit card transaction on 10/06/2012. For the moment it is still being processed by my bank, but I immediately called my bank and reported it. I've never heard of this company and have no idea how they got my information in order to place a charge on my account. The phone number that appeared with the charge on my account is 347-767-6596.
