MY WIFE HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEM ON LOAN MODIFICATION FOR NEARLY TWO YEARS. I KNOW 3 OR 4 TIMES DURING THE LST TWO YEARS I WOULD GET A CALL TELLING ME THE HOUSE WAS ON THE FORECLOSURE LIST WE WOULD CALL AND ASK WHY AND TELL THEM TO TAKE US OFF THE LIST AND THEY DID. MY WIFE HAD FAXED PAPERS TO THEM THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS. AUG.2 OUR HOUSE WAS SOLD ON THE COURTHOUSE STEPS. I DIDN'T KNOW A THING ABOOUT IT UNTIL AUG. 15 WHEN A REALTOR CAME BY TAKING PICTURES. WE DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING ABOUT CERTIFIED LETTERS OR RECEIVE ANY. THE REALTORS LEFT A PAPER SAYING WE HAD TEN DAYS TO LET THEM OF OUT INTENTIONS THE NEXT MONDAY 8/22 WE GOT A VACATE THE PREMISIS BY 3 DAYS. I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOUSE 11 YEARS. WE ARE NOW TRYING TO PURCHASE THE HOUSE FOR ABOUT 30,000 MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL LOAN
