ATT MOBILE Bill "BYTE SPIKE LLC" SCAMMED Family member thru Phishing text. If you open it you'll be charged w/o notice to your wireless carrier. AT&T said they are refunding charges to my account. AT&T can also place a block on such purchases/scams. Go to http://www.ca.gov/Apps/Agencies.aspx file complaint CA. consumer affairs, D.O.J. and Secretary of State (Scam corporations). With CA. vast amount of regulations they certainly violated one of them.
