I applied for a payday loan with Cash Net USA and by the end of the week I had two other companies taking money out of my account. One has offered a refund and gave me a confirmation number. Advantage Funding is refusing when I never even applied with them. I would settle for a refund but if they are unwilling to do that I would like to see the federal government shut them down for unethical practices
