For about fifteen years I have been going to the gym on ,Beach and Warner.Its was Bally's Gym.They sold this gym to La Fitness. For years been paying month to month.Just yesterday a female working the front desk called out my name over the loud speaker.She called me to the front desk.It was about my monthly payment.I showed her the receipt .She said she would take care of it.She lied and lacks integrity.Her name is Abigail. She did not take care of it.Today is Sunday 30,Sept 2012. GABBY gave me a hard time.I she knows I'm paid up until the 15th of Nov.2012. She demanded I show her private and confidential information.Such as my atm with Visa logo. "I am paid up I claimed".Abby stated,"She did not care." She again repeatedly demanded me to show her my atm card with Visa logo. I ststed my receipt shows paid until the 15th of November 2012. I also stated ,it makes no mention of a late payment or that I owe $5.oo .As a penalty fee.For not showing LA FITNESS ,my Visa card or atm card. Abby said,"I don't care ,if you don't like it go to another gym"! Her words and choice of words were rude and very arrogant.She continued:"If you don't like it see our manager.This is breach of contract. PHONE:(714)848-1919. GABBY STATED," THIS IS OUR POLICY,IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT ,GO TO ANOTHER GYM."YET ON MORE THEN ONE OCCASSION SHE HAS ASKED ME TO SHARE A JOKE OR TWO. So I did to establish a repour. Now she wants to be rude.It was also stated by ;Gabby: That if customers of "LA FITNESS DON'T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT,WE MAKE THEM GET ONE."NOTE: MORE THEN ONE KJMEMBER INDICATED THEY DID NOT FEEL CONFORTABLE KNOWING THIS GYM OR ANY OTHER GYM ,WOULD HAVE ACCCESS TO THEIR ACCOUNT. ALL KINDS OF NEGATIVE POSSIBILITIES:(ITENTITY THEFT)PLUS (TAKING OUT MORE THEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO).THE BANK CAN'T HELP YOU ,BECAUSE YOU AGREED TO LET THEM TAKE MONEY OUT. NOTE:I asked a male white adult to show me in detail and give me a copy of the contract that says ,I must show all my private information .Like atm ,also Visa.He could not produce a document like this. Also I asked him to show me that all La Fitness members can't pay in cash the balance owing.He could not produce a contract like this.Therefore:ABIGAIL'S ACTION'S FOR LIEING TO ME THAT SHE FIXED THE SITUATION AND DID NOT.IS HARASSMENT.SHE VIOLATED CALIF GOV CODE:12900.WHICH IS POSTED IN THE BREAK ROOM.ABIGAIL ,ALSO YELLED MY NAME OVER THE LOUD SPEAKER .NEXT: GABBY'S VERY RUDE TONE OF VOICE IS ALSO A VIOLATION OF CALIF GOVERNMENT CODE:12900.WHEN SHE SAID,"THIS IS OUR POLICY,IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT GO TO ANOTHER GYM"!
