I was informed 5/30/12 by the association (HOA) that I owed $95.00 even though I had paid in full for the whole year. The extra money I paid for the whole year could fulfill the amount I owed. Later, in the letter dated 8/20/12 Equity Experts charged me $4,885.00. The association fee is $25.00/ month.
1. How did I owe the association fee?

3. What is the late amount chart?
4. Does the collector have the power to increase the amount from $95.00 to $4,885.00 and add on any unlimitted charges against on my property.
