They took $14.95 out of my account on 7/30/2012. There was number on my statement so I called the same day 855-237-6402 they said my refund would be posted back into my account. Well it's now Sept. 28 and no refund yet. They sent me to the escalated dept 855-763-5246 and they keep giving me the run around about the refund. Now they keep telling me it was processed but they don't know when i will get it.
