They bill themselves as a service which can help you to obtain a title for old restored vehicles etc. They say that the process takes 3-4 weeks. A couple of days after I sent in the paperwork I recieved a call from someone at their office who requested that I send them a money order rather than them processing the credit card information I had included in the paper work. They said they have had problems with security and credit card payments. That should have tipped me off. But I went and got a cashiers check and sent it in. About 6 weeks went by so naturally I started to wonder what the status of my order was since they say it takes 3-4 weeks. Since then I have tried to contact them literally hundreds of times by phone, fax, email and mail. Their phone is perpetually busy during business hours so the only time you can actually get through is after business hours at which point you can only leave a voice mail, which I have done dozens of times. I have emailed and faxed countless times with no response. After digging a little deeper and visiting the BBB site I have discovered that at one time they were a legit company but now over the past several months have become a complete scam company. They need to be stopped.
