I ordered Vitiligo Natural to help with my Vitiligo as they advertise there is 100% money back guaranteed after giving it six months. I have contacted them numerous times over the past six months to no avail. It is both frustrating that their product did not work and they are not communicating back to let me know how I can get my money back.

I have had numerous exchanges with Vitiligo Natural over email. They say they will give me my refund if the complaint is taken down from scambook. I ordered this product 9/5/11. After it did not work (six months later) I requested a refund. No one responded until I posted the complaint here 10/1/12. Please advise. Thanks!
This is Duncan here again.
This is not the first case we are resolving. As per our team what you are
telling is incorrect because for removing the comments you are not bound to
answer them. If you tell them that your problem is resolved they will remove
the comments immidiately. This is normal practice. We have contacted
scambook and we got this asnwer from them.
I cannot issue the refunds through paypal because your order was received by
your credit not paypal and we are only obliged to refund the money back in
the same credit card account. I think you are not understanding my point and
then you are sending me emails that I am not replying.
First remove the comments and let us know we will refund the amount
immidiately. This is our final answer. I am not the authority who will
refund this but still I assured you several times that I will refund once
the comments are removed. In our normal practice when comments are removed
our team takes few working days before they refund but I promised you that I
will do this personally and immidiately for your sake as you are contacting
me everytime. I think you have to trust me if you can otherwise this issue
cannot be resolved. Thanks.

Like I said last time and the time before that. The site will not let me
take the comment down until this is resolved. Refund the money first. That
is how it works. Do it immediately and I'll remove it as soon as I get it.
