Complaint 16136 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I ordered the Magic Mesh Screen Door July 1, 2011. It was advertised as $19.95 with shipping $7.95. I ordered only 1 but they sent 2 plus terrible P&H charges. I cancelled the order July 1. On August 17 a charge was sent thru my bank for $45.85 and I received in the mail the "package" Aug. 23. I have not opened it. I called the customer service today, was told they showed I had cancelled the order July 1, could not explain why it had shipped. To get my refund said I would have to send a copy of my bank statement showing charge (I will not do that). Said I could return unopened package but without bank statement no refund. Phone # I called is 866-649-0146 NY-My order # is 243467130. List of charges: $29.95, P&H $15.90, Total $45.85 I do not want to be contacted by an attorney, just want to file a complaint.
