Dear Nuwave, I am very disappointed in the way you have handled my requests. I ordered the promotion several months ago and all I received as of last Saturday is the Nuwave cooktop and the grill I ordered with it. Last Saturday I did receive the extra cooktop that I paid $39.95 to receive. I understand the extra S&H but was told it would be shipped in two different shippings. I have called no less than 12 times and have not yet heard back from the company. I bought the promotion that was buy one and get one free. I was to receive the cooktop 3 1/2 quart stainless steel pot with glass lid, a stainless steel steamer basket, a perfect green cookware set of 10 1/2" and a 9" sauce pan and the omelet pan, 9 pc fondue kit. I don't really care about the fondue kit but would like the to have the rest of my stuff. One of the sets were to be a wedding present to my niece so I gave them my cook top hoping the other would come soon. When I ordered the items I was told it would all be together and the other set would be together. I knew it would be two seperate orders but now I have paid for three orders and have not received all my stuff. That has been after 12 phone calls and several weeks. Can you please help me. I have the cook tops and my grill top. I need two of each of the before mentioned. I feel I have paid enough on shipping for the two seperate shippings. Please let me know what else I can do.Looking forward to hearing from you all.

- I would the rest of my stuff shipped with no shipping charge because it was not my fault they did not have the items to fill my order. I received my letter saying they were sorry and the missing items would be coming later when they got caught up on inventory. That is all I want. I feel it is a reasonable request. Thank you.
