Thomas Hopes came to my house to sell me a kirby vacume cleaner, I didnt have the money for one so he offered to sell me a refurbished one for $220. I wrote him a check. My boyfriend came home and was furious with me so I called Thomas Hopes and told him that I couldnt purchase the vacume and I called the bank to put a stop payment on the check. Thomas put the check throught anyway and the bank of course has no record of my call for the stop payment so I have no vacume and am out $220 dollars which is alot of money to me I have two children one of which is handicapped. I went to the police and filed a police report but it has been a year now and still nothing has been done. Does kirby just let anyone represent them?????
