Last year I signed up with Public Power under the pretext that they would send me a free $50. gift card for signing up with tem. Despite much faoolowup, I never received the card from this company -- so they effectively scmmed me. Six weeks ago, we signed up with a ciompetitor of Public Power, as we founs out that Public Power was chaging us the highest rate incomparison to competitiors. For the last two weeks we are geting letters with Public Power asking that we sighn up with the again -- with the same promise of an elusive $50. restaurant card. They already fleeced us out of this $50. restaurant card last year, and they are trying to do this to me again. How many other people has Public Power fleeced out of these $50. restaurant cards? I want this $50. card, over one year past due. I called Public Power last week twice -- after being kept on the answering machine for the longest time -- I would get a response from a male on a recording that I had the wrong caller ID card number AND COULD NOT SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON. They will not respond and are continuing the same scam for two years now
