In June 2012 I could not get into my hotmail account to read my email. It would not accept my password any more. I Googled to find somewhere to contact regarding hotmail problems and found a company claiming to be hotmail. It is their number than t I have included above. They told me that they were there to take care of any hotmail problems and then told me that my account had been hacked and that I would need a new password. In order to clear the hacker and allow me to get into my account again, they told me that I would have to pay $99.00. I paid the amount and they gave me a new password. Since then it has been okay.

Last night I tried to get into my email and it would not accept my password again. I called 1800102209 and they told me it had been hacked again and that I would need to pay another $99.00 to get it working again. I then questioned them, saying that I understood that hotmail was a free service - they said nothing - I then asked them what their company name was and they hung up.

I now believe that these people are hijacking people's accounts and then making them pay to get them back. I have important mail in my account and email addresses that I need. What do I do now?
