Complaint 160338 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I received a text message on my T-mobile cell phone from number "70451" suggesting to enter PIN for fonezoneportal.com for apparently Bid and Win Rington/Wallppr/Alterts service. This happened on July 17th at 3.58pm. After just one minute at 3.59pm, I received another message suggesting Welcome to their service even if I had not subscribed to such service. I immediately replied with "STOP" message knowing that's the best way to stop such messages from my past experience with another such service. I then received a confirmation for my unsubcription.
Regardless, in my following month's bill, the charge of $9.99 appeared on my account against CF Enterprise. And T-mobile took away that charge from my credit card even if I denied for subscribing to such service.
