I also booked an order of Nuvoryn on 1st of August. When I did not get any delivery even after 7 or 8 days, I sent an email to the customer service of Nuvoryn from the CONTACT US page of the website of Nuvoryn. The customer service of Nuvoryn replied immediately and reshipped a new order to me FREE OF COST within 4 days of my complaint.
If you do not get delivery of the order, please contact the customer service of Nuvoryn with DATE OF ORDER and correction in the shipping address (in case of any mistake in the booked shipping address.) -
