Complaint 159097 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I go through the training videos - I have spent more money setting up hosting services at their recommended sites. They training vehicles leave out alot. I have purchased other extensions to the basic product but cannot seem to access. I have filled out the content information to get up and running and even though I click on saved content - I cannot find it anywhere on there website - I have re-done three times and still not bee able to find it. Have emailed them requesting that they allow me to know where it is saved but no response. Why am I so stupid as to get involved with an org that does not provide and telephone number and incomptent so called customer service responses. I am starting to think this is a scam. Everytime I click on something I am asked to buy something else and it looks like I need it to fulfill on the initial offering but it is only duplication. i would advise anyone who is trying to do business with an org that will not provide a phone or fax number that they do not do business with that company - another runaround
