I also was online looking at the cost of payday loans and a week later $300 appeared in my account and I called the reference and they told me that that my fee for this would be $90, so I figured, I was in need so used it. They proceeded to mail me very confusing information regarding the loan and ended up taking $90 every 2 weeks out of my account four times in a row, however none of this went to pay towards loan. According to them, I would have to FAX my request in to them 2 days or more prior and they told me I could ONLY pay a minimum of $50 indicating towards loan amount, however they would still keep taking $90/fee every 2 weeks until I could pay it all off!! This is a crime and I told them and they lady there told me I would be "surprised how many people do these loans." Now I'm in collections with some place called NCR saying I need to pay an out of court settlement for $610 but I have no money, just disabled due to a neuromuscular disease and I have a disabled child. Single Mom with 2 kids and I struggle day to day. I was willing to pay even that outrageous one time $90/fee to borrow $300 however this is outrageous and ridiculous. What recourse do I have at this point? please help. teri
