On 8/24/11 I have received email stating that the order has been approved and will be shipped tomorrow. My visa was billed for "a monthly automatic recurring order of Resveratrol (Rez-V)", which I never ordered.
I called the provided phone number : 1-800-505-3795 and spoke with Estelle Brown on 8/24/11 at 8: 15 pm; she said that she cancelled the order. However, the cancellation is not on my bill, but the charge is.

- Rozie, I have the same issue and exactly like you did not order anything on this credit card.A rep Frank told me it would be refunded and cancelled in 7-10 days. But I have a feeling that this is not the end of this transaction to which I did not order. How can this happen so easily for them to charge this. He stated I joined a membership. I swear makes you not want to open up anything online SCARY
