I lost my precious mum on 9 aug this year to lung cancer it was one month from diagnosis to death and to say it shellshocked me is understating it. Im on severe disability benefits for bi-polar, thyroid problems and other health issues. We buried my mum and my brothers and i have had a row over them wanting me to leave my mums house and have her dog put down so they can sell the house. They wont give me money for their share of funeral costs, so i went on line to apply for a loan of £1000 i had a phone call from Easy loans for all, saying i was eligible for the loan if i paid the first installment of £136 into a western union, i told them i would put it in my account and they take it from there but he gave me he being Kevin Johnson, a Halfax bank account number to deposit the money. I took the bus to town and did as i was asked. He rang me and said that 45-60 mins later the money will be in my bank. Ten minutes before the hour was up i spoke his manager who said that the funds cant be released until the tax of £149.50 was paid which he will refund with the loan, i refused and he hung up. I rang back and told them to refund my money and forget about it i was reporting them to the police, to which he said i had to pay a cancellation fee of £75 i otld him to take it from the money i paid and put the rest into my account to which i was told i had to pay that first and then get my money. I have reported this to tradng standards and Action Fraud who are now looking into it with the police but that doesnt help with my money issues of the funeral and the £136 pound i begged and borrowed to give these immoral people. Is there any way i can get it back sooner rather than later.
