  • Dear,

the information that the item was eventually going to be shipped in the Fall of 2013 was written in a "hidden" small print in a contract that in good faith I did not read. Everybody knows that small prints are an invention to cheat on trustful customers. The best that at 123 Mountain they can do is cut and paste the small print an hide behind it, but this is essentially a wrong way to treat customers.

Now I'm assuming 123Mountain is an internet scam, probably they make their money with customers that, frustrated with a 14 months delivery, cancel their order and pay the 6% fee.

I did file an official complain hopefully other customers will be protected, I lost my money, but I hope they stop what, according to any common sense, it's a very wrong way to charge their customer.

A legitimate healthy business does not charge 6% percent on rightfully cancelled orders. A serious business works on customers loyalty and satisfaction.

Good luck 123Mountain invest on customer satisfaction....shame on you

  • The owner of this shop is Olivier Goumas. Sofia Goumas must be his wife or a relative. This French guy (hence the poor English) is a crook. He had trouble with law in France, in Tignes, with a ski shop called TN'T aka "Tignes And Temptation", skis never sent and so on. Then he tried his luck with a website called mountainblack.com, using same methods but pretending to be in UK. People never receive what they order or articles are missing. And the same cancellation fee... Feel sorry for you Francesco. Hope he'll face some legal action.
